CONTRACT TERMS
The affiliate program “MY RUG” provides a request by the applicant partners (henceforth referred to as affiliate) by filling the form available in the section “registration”.
The subscription of membership form involves the tacit acceptance of the terms of agreement.
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
“My Rug” affiliate program aims to create a relationship of collaboration between MY RUG and the affiliate member requesting them.
The goal is to forge a bond aimed at ensuring mutual benefits. The request for membership and subscription of the agreement are completely free and they have not any economic burden in the present and future.
MY RUG engages to pay commissions of 15% of the purchase value of the carpet (VAT excluded) for every purchase, successful made, by visitors from affiliate sites by clicking on our links, banners or other types of notes.
The acquisition is successful when the buyer has made regular payment of the sum due to MY RUG. The commission will be payed on 15th of each month and on presentation of invoice issued by the affiliate.
The affiliate cannot advance claim on products purchased and eventually cancelled by users from your site. The amount credited at the beginning will be reversed by our operator.
To own protection, the affiliate will be aware of name and IP address of the buyer.
The agreement requires the filling in the affiliate form and acceptance of commitment and terms contained within it.
Once completed and signed the form, press the SEND button to send it to MY RUG.
MY RUG reserves the right to judgment in every moment .
Furthermore, we will not consider in any side the demands of websites containing obscene, pornographic, illegal, poor quality and/or with domain extention “.ws”.
We will also not be considered as sites that may in any way affect the image of the company.
In this sense MY RUG reserves the right to retract the agreements at any time and if the terms agreed are not respected to resort to legal proceedings when there are the conditions.
RIGHTS AND DUTIES BY AFFILIATE
Once accepted the request, the applicant becomes an affiliate of MY RUG and receives a communication via e-mail with own password to access to control panel.
The affiliate is obliged to publish on its website at least one of the banners or text links that are proposed within the control panel.
Another duty that the affiliate has to respect is the absolute prohibition to carry out spam or external reports to their site (see next item).
If the affiliate has technical problems, or any other, he is obliged to contact the staff of MY RUG in order to solve the problem and to ensure service proposed.
It is understood that the relationship between MY RUG and the affiliate is only a collaboration.
SPAM AND EXTERNAL REPORTS TO OWN SITE
It is absolute prohibited to promote products and services of MY RUG through spam, reports on newsgroups, e-mail sent without permission of the recipient and any other promotion outside of your website and/or mailing list. In case of the affiliate makes a report outside their site could do so only after written consent of MY RUG.
If this clause is not respected, we will immediately cancel the account of the affiliate and the right to compensation for damages
MY RUG is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its affiliates under ex. Art. 10 law 675/96.
The data collected are used exclusively by MY RUG and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission. They will be used only for information purposes, for news, offers, promotions.
MY RUG has the obligation to cooperate with authorities in situations where laws require information about the affiliate.
POSSIBLE DISCUSSION
MY RUG is not responsible for any disruption caused by technical errors or occurrences unrelated to the will of society. Jurisdiction for any dispute relating to this contract or the relationship between the franchisee and MY RUG will be the forum in Milan.
DURATION OF AGREEMENT
Our agreement provides for a term of 3 years solar. To withdraw from the affiliate program you must give notice to MY RUG at least 30 days before the expiry of agreement, via e-mail or by letter with return receipt. The letter must be sent to IL PICCOLO srl via Tessa, 1 – 20121 Milano.
